JOACCS

JOACCS Oy is a consulting and coaching oriented company. It was founded late 2022 by Major General (ret.) Pasi Jokinen and study counselor Anu Jokinen. JOACCS was founded when Pasi retired as a Commander of the Finnish Air Force after serving the Finnish Defence Forces more than 30 years. Anu has more than 20 years experience counseling young people and she has educated herself broadly into coaching. JOACCS was founded to enable the skills of the founders to be obtainable to interested companies, communities and individuals.

Pasi Jokinen

Pasi has strong knowledge and knowhow in leadership in tactical, operational and strategic levels. He is an experienced leader in dynamic and uncertain circumstances. Pasi is a strong advocate of teamwork and exchange of different views and thoughts.

Anu jokinen

Anu is an experienced high school study counsellor and a special needs teacher. Anu has a degree in psychology and she is qualified in Reiss school motivation techniques.
